1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jii7. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in permanent exclusion from our platform.

2.4 Identity Verification

jii7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residence at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo identification such as Philippine Passport, Driver's License, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Postal ID, or Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID.

For address verification, we may request recent utility bills, bank statements, or other official documents clearly showing your name and residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jii7 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

You agree to immediately notify jii7 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. Until you provide such notification, you will be held responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including unauthorized transactions. jii7 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

jii7 employs automated systems and manual review processes to monitor account activity for suspicious behavior, fraudulent transactions, bonus abuse, collusion, and violations of these Terms. We reserve the right to investigate any account at any time without prior notice. During investigations, we may temporarily suspend account access, freeze withdrawals, or request additional documentation.

3.3 Prohibited Account Uses

You agree not to use your jii7 account for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using the account for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jii7 accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and cryptocurrency wallets. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Most electronic wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are credited to your account instantly, while bank transfers may require 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits typically require network confirmations before crediting.

4.2 Deposit Verification and Source of Funds

jii7 reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. We may request bank statements, transaction receipts, or other documentation proving that deposited funds originate from legitimate sources in your name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be rejected, and affected transactions reversed.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jii7 account are legally obtained, owned by you, and not derived from illegal activities. Any suspicious deposits will be investigated, and accounts may be suspended pending resolution. jii7 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating potentially fraudulent or illegal transactions.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

To promote responsible gaming, jii7 provides optional deposit limit tools allowing you to set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately for increases or after a 24-hour cooling-off period for decreases. 5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Request Process

5.3 Wagering Requirements and Bonus Restrictions

Funds deposited into your jii7 account must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal requests will be processed. This requirement prevents our platform from being used as a money transmission service. If you receive any bonus or promotional offer, specific wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount and any associated winnings as detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

Withdrawals requested while active bonuses or wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived from that bonus. You may opt to cancel active bonuses at any time, which will remove associated wagering requirements but also forfeit the bonus funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7.3 Betting Limits and Maximum Wins

Each game category has minimum and maximum betting limits clearly displayed in the game interface. These limits ensure responsible gaming and protect against excessive risk. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jii7 services strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from our platform without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jii7, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

jii7 makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of content provided on our platform or the results that may be obtained from using our services. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from your use of jii7 services.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

jii7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued use of our services poses a risk to jii7, other players, or the integrity of our platform.

Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: providing false or misleading information during registration, creating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, money laundering activities, use of automated betting systems, collusion with other players, abusive behavior toward staff or players, chargebacks or payment disputes, or failure to complete identity verification when requested.

Upon termination, all bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and any pending withdrawal requests will be voided. Your account balance, if any legitimate balance exists after deduction of applicable fees or amounts owed to jii7, will be returned to you following completion of final account audits and any ongoing investigations. jii7 reserves the right to withhold funds pending resolution of disputes or investigations.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jii7 services, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to addressing player concerns fairly and promptly through good-faith negotiations.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jii7. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

13. Changes to Terms

jii7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
